The November vacation is approaching, and we are excited to share our all-new programme that you can sign up for to maximise your child’s holidays! We provide targeted training to address your child’s areas of weakness in creative writing, Paper 2, and Oral skills.

Our Oral component will be separated into two categories: Oral SBC (Stimulus-based Conversation) and SW (Situational Writing) Formal and Informal.

We see this as an opportunity to accelerate your child’s exam preparation, enabling them to condense weeks of learning outcomes into 5 days of intensive revision, achieving desired results at a lower cost. Our P5 teachers deliver engaging and impactful lessons, ensuring your child stays motivated and attentive throughout the class. This approach helps reduce reluctance and keeps students actively involved in their learning.

Language Paper 1: Creative Writing
Writing exam topics vary from year to year, and a good understanding of plot manipulation can significantly improve the student’s performance. Our focus on relevant writing genres ensures no time is wasted and since the materials are focused on ensuring progress, your child’s writing abilities will be strengthened by the end of these lessons. Each day, your P5 child will craft compositions during our lessons, applying new creative phrases and techniques to improve their performance. We have been nailing the PSLE topics with a 95% accuracy since 2012. These lessons align with MOE’s assessment standards, with detailed marking included.

Language Paper 2: Compre Cloze, Synthesis & Transformation, Compre Open-Ended
Comprehension Cloze
It’s time to rectify your child’s issues so that we can conquer the Comprehension (Cloze) section of the P5 Paper 2! This programme segment is designed to provide targeted practice and expert guidance to ensure your child excels in this crucial component of the exam. By participating in our programme, your child will enhance their vocabulary expressions, grammar precision and critical thinking abilities, setting them up for success in this section. 

Comprehension (Open-ended)
Unlock your child’s potential and elevate their comprehension skills to new heights with our comprehensive Comprehension (Open-ended) programme! Our experienced teachers will guide your child through rigorous practice and strategic analysis of texts, empowering them to master the art of inference, analysis, and evaluation. By participating in this segment of the programme, your child will develop critical thinking skills that have been lingering, preparing them to improve more quickly. We focus on strategies and thorough explanations, so students can learn where their weaknesses lie—and overcome them.

Synthesis and Transformation
Give your child the tools they need to ace the Synthesis and Transformation section of the P5 Paper 2 with our specialised programme segment. Our experienced teachers will provide step-by-step guidance and targeted practice to help your child master sentence manipulation and express ideas with clarity and precision. By enrolling in this programme, your child will not only boost their exam scores, given its heavy weightage and stringent grading criteria, but also improve their confidence.

Oral
Written by former MOE oral examiners, our programme boosts students’ confidence for oral exams and prepares them for the new 2025 syllabus. With tailored solutions and ample practice, we address each child’s unique gaps for success in the 2024 year-end exams.
